Policy for Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations

If our service or product isn’t a good fit, refunds are available as follows:

  • Digital Products: If you have not yet accessed the content, you can request a refund within 7 days.

  • Physical Products: For items returned in new condition within 30 days of delivery, we’ll provide a full refund. 

  • Live Class: Refunds are available at any point before the class’s start time. 

  • Ongoing classes: If you are registered for an ongoing course and for whatever reason would not like to continue it to its completion, you are welcome to cancel any future payments or request a partial refund for the uncompleted course.

Process: Contact us through our contact form, and returns will be processed within 7–10 days.


Shipping + Delivery

Our goal is to deliver your items fairly and reliably:

  • Timing: Orders ship within 3–5 business days, with standard delivery times between 5–7 days. Most zines will be sent first-class USPS

  • Costs & Options: Rates and standard shipping are calculated at checkout.

  • Where We Ship: Currently, we ship our zines internationally.
